Installation
Go Dashboard → Plugins → Add New and install the plugin using the installable zip file.
How to use
Multi-order Tracker Settings
Accessing the Enhanced settings:
- 1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
- 2. Navigate to WooCommerce → Multi-Order Tracker
The Multi-Order Tracker interface displays a clean, modern dashboard design with a white background. There are three prominent statistic boxes:
Total Orders: Displays the total number of orders placed by customers, allowing the store owner to easily track order volume.
Total Customers: Shows the number of unique customers who have purchased products, providing an accurate count in the statistics box.
Total Revenue: Displays the total revenue generated by the store, making it easy to monitor overall sales performance.
Underneath these statistics, there are two tabs: “TEMPLATES” (which is currently active and highlighted in orange) and “ADVANCED SETTINGS” in teal.
Templates View
In the Templates section, two template options are displayed:
Template One showing multi-order list view. Customer full information with beautiful design and author can understand properly. Order, date, status, per order price, total items and author can easily edit functionality.
Template Two showing Order timeline view: Per order status with price amount can visible in the modal view.
Advanced Settings
Fully Customizable Modal in Advanced Settings: The Multi-Order Tracker interface allows complete customization of the modal, including options for headings, font sizes, and colors. The settings panel provides flexibility for changing modal headings and subheadings, as well as adjusting font sizes and colors with ease. We offer Primary Color and Secondary Color settings: the Primary Color is used for the header background, link colors, and highlighted sections, while the Secondary Color is applied to hover effects. Additionally, there are options for setting the footer background color and specific text colors.

How does it work
Accessing the Enhanced Orders List
1. Navigate to WooCommerce → Orders.
2. Identifying Multiple Order Tracker:
- Look for the new button next to orders in the WooCommerce orders list.
- This button only appears for customers who have placed more than one order.
3. Using the Multiple Orders Modal:
- Click the button next to an order from a customer with multiple orders.
- A modal window will open, displaying:
- All orders placed by that specific customer.
- Order numbers and their current statuses.
4. Efficient Order Management:
- Use the modal to quickly review all orders by a specific customer.
- Navigate to individual order pages directly from the modal for detailed management.
